Creating a BpexLive account is free and takes under two minutes. Go to bpexlive.app/register, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number (+92), email address, date of birth and a secure password. Tick the box confirming you are 18 or over and agree to the Terms and Conditions, then hit "Create My Free Account". BpexLive will send a verification code to your mobile number — enter it and your account is live.

Yes — registering on BpexLive is completely free. There is no signup fee, no registration charge and no subscription cost. You only spend money when you choose to make a deposit. If anyone contacts you asking for a payment to create a BpexLive account, that is a scam — do not pay and report it to support@bpexlive.app immediately.

The minimum age to register and use BpexLive is 18 years. This is a firm rule — no exceptions. BpexLive verifies age during registration and at the point of first withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds held pending review.

No. BpexLive allows one account per person, per device and per household. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and a review of all balances. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the login page or contact support — never create a second account.

Go to the BpexLive login page and tap "Forgot password?". Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number and BpexLive will send you an SMS reset code. Follow the instructions in the message to set a new password. The process takes under two minutes. Login to your BpexLive account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address and notification preferences. Changes to your registered mobile number require identity verification — contact support@bpexlive.app to request a mobile number change and our team will guide you through the verification steps.
Deposits

The minimum deposit on BpexLive is Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard deposits have a minimum of Rs 500. All deposits are processed in PKR with no currency conversion or transaction fees charged by BpexLive. Your balance is credited immediately for Easypaisa and JazzCash.

BpexLive accepts the following Pakistani payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks) and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All of these methods are available in PKR with no conversion fees. New payment methods are added regularly — check the Cashier section in your account for the latest options.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are credited to your BpexLive balance instantly — usually within 30 seconds of completing the payment. NayaPay and SadaPay deposits also process quickly, typically under five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers can take between 15 minutes and two hours depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard deposits typically appear within a few minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after two hours, contact BpexLive support with your transaction reference number.

BpexLive does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit is credited to your account in PKR. Some payment providers — particularly certain banks for IBFT — may charge their own small transaction fee on their end, but this is outside BpexLive's control. Check with your bank or wallet provider if you are unsure about their fees. BpexLive itself never takes a cut from your deposit.

No. All payments to BpexLive must come from accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account — including a family member's Easypaisa or JazzCash — is not permitted under BpexLive's terms and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation. This rule protects all players on the BpexLive platform from fraud and money laundering.
Withdrawals

Log in to your BpexLive account and go to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw", choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank IBFT, etc.), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. BpexLive will process the request and send the funds to your verified account. Make sure the receiving account is registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are not processed.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals from BpexLive typically complete in under five minutes once processed. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals usually take 5–30 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals process within two to six hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your card issuer. During high-volume periods processing may take slightly longer — BpexLive aims to process all withdrawal requests within 24 hours.

The minimum withdrawal on BpexLive is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may require additional verification. BpexLive does not charge withdrawal fees — the full amount you request is paid out to your registered account.

Pending withdrawals on BpexLive are usually caused by one of the following: an active wagering requirement on a bonus is not yet met; your account identity has not yet been fully verified (CNIC required for larger withdrawals); or the payment is simply in the processing queue. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, contact support@bpexlive.app with your withdrawal reference number for an update.

Yes. BpexLive requires identity verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold, or when it is your first withdrawal. You will need to provide a copy of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) and confirm that the withdrawal account is in your name. This is a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) process required for all legitimate betting platforms. The verification process is usually completed within a few hours once documents are submitted.
Sports Betting

BpexLive covers a wide range of sports betting markets for Pakistani players. Live betting adds a lot of excitement and requires you to follow the action closely. Minimum stakes in PKR apply.

BpexLive uses decimal odds (e.g. 2.50) as the standard format. To calculate your potential return, multiply your stake in PKR by the decimal odds — for example, a Rs 1,000 bet at 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit plus your Rs 1,000 stake back). Once a bet is confirmed on BpexLive, it cannot be cancelled or amended. This is standard practice across all betting platforms. Make sure you review your bet slip — stake amount, selection and potential return in PKR — carefully before confirming. If you believe a bet was placed in error due to a technical fault on BpexLive's side, contact support@bpexlive.app with your bet ID within 30 minutes of placement for investigation.

If a match is abandoned (e.g. due to rain in a cricket match) before the required number of overs have been completed, BpexLive will void all bets on that match and return your stake to your account balance in PKR. If a match is postponed and rescheduled, bets may remain active for a defined period — usually 24 to 48 hours. After that, they are voided and stakes returned. Aviator on BpexLive is a crash-style game where a plane takes off and a multiplier climbs from 1x upwards. You place a stake in PKR before each round and can cash out at any point while the plane is flying.
