BpexLive Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to BpexLive. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and BpexLive ("BpexLive", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the BpexLive platform available at bpexlive.app, including all associated services, games, betting markets and features.

By accessing BpexLive, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the BpexLive platform.

BpexLive reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, BpexLive will notify registered players via the email address on file or through a notice displayed within the platform. Continued use of BpexLive following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

To register on BpexLive and use the platform you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BpexLive does not permit minors to participate in any form of betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering your BpexLive account. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact number and any other information requested during the registration process.
• You must be registering for personal use only. Corporate accounts or accounts registered on behalf of another individual are not permitted without prior written authorisation from BpexLive.
• You must not be self-excluded from BpexLive or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.

BpexLive may require you to verify your identity at any point — including before processing a withdrawal or activating a bonus. Verification may involve submitting a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), utility bill or other documentation acceptable to BpexLive. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your BpexLive account. This includes all bets placed, games played and transactions initiated while you are logged in. BpexLive cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your login credentials.

You must keep your BpexLive login details — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential at all times. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances. If you have reason to believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BpexLive support immediately at support@bpexlive.app.

BpexLive reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The player is found to have violated any part of these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or collusion is detected.
• The player fails to complete required identity verification.
• BpexLive has reasonable grounds to believe the account poses a security or compliance risk.

When an account is closed by BpexLive for a terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Players who close their own account in good standing are entitled to withdraw any available balance before closure.

All deposits and transactions on BpexLive are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BpexLive does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

The minimum deposit on BpexLive is Rs 200. BpexLive does not set a maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though higher-value transactions may require additional verification. Accepted deposit methods are listed below:

Only deposit from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing from a third-party account — including a family member's or friend's account — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

BpexLive processes withdrawal requests promptly. Most withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash complete within five minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically process within two to six hours. Card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, BpexLive will contact you to arrange an alternative method via the contact details on your account.

BpexLive may delay or withhold a withdrawal in the following circumstances:

• Identity verification has not been completed or documents submitted are awaiting review.
• A bonus wagering requirement attached to your current balance has not yet been met.
• A security check or fraud investigation has been triggered on your account.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is in progress related to your account.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by BpexLive, it cannot be changed, cancelled or voided by the player except where explicitly permitted by the specific game or market rules. It is your responsibility to verify your selections and stake before confirming a wager.

BpexLive reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The bet was placed on incorrect odds resulting from a system or pricing error ("palpable error"). BpexLive will notify affected players and return stakes.
• The event is cancelled, postponed beyond a specified timeframe or abandoned before a result is possible.
• There is credible evidence that the outcome of the event was manipulated or that the player had advance knowledge of the result.
• The bet was placed by a suspended, restricted or duplicate account.

In-play / live betting on BpexLive is subject to the same rules as pre-match betting. BpexLive may impose betting limits on specific accounts or markets at its discretion. Limits may be applied without prior notice and are not subject to appeal.

BpexLive uses official results published by the governing body of each sport for bet settlement purposes. In the absence of an official result, or where the official result is disputed, BpexLive will use the most reliable available source and its own judgement to determine the correct settlement. This decision is final.

BpexLive offers bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are communicated at the time the offer is made. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer.

General rules that apply to all BpexLive bonuses unless stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying games are specified in each offer's terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be used for bets with odds below 1.50 unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.
• BpexLive may withdraw or modify a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed by a player.
• Bonuses awarded in error — whether due to a technical issue or administrative mistake — may be reclaimed by BpexLive.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BpexLive and will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent closure and forfeiture of balances where fraud is confirmed:

• Creating or using more than one BpexLive account.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during verification.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with BpexLive systems or gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit or manipulate BpexLive's games, RNG systems or betting platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games or any competitive format on BpexLive.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities. BpexLive is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to process a chargeback on a deposit where the corresponding funds have already been used for betting activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's BpexLive account without authorisation.

All content on the BpexLive platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, odds data, promotional material and the BpexLive brand name — is the intellectual property of BpexLive or its licensed content providers.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, republish, modify or commercially exploit any BpexLive content without prior written permission. Personal, non-commercial use of BpexLive content is permitted provided no modifications are made and appropriate attribution to BpexLive is maintained.

Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to BpexLive regarding the platform may be used by BpexLive freely and without compensation or attribution to you.

BpexLive collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using BpexLive, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal data in accordance with that policy.

BpexLive collects data including but not limited to: registration details, transaction records, betting history, device and browser information, and communications with our support team. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, comply with legal obligations and improve the BpexLive experience for Pakistani players.

BpexLive does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, identity verification services and regulatory bodies only as required for platform operation or legal compliance.

BpexLive provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain a reliable, fast and accurate service for Pakistani players, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

BpexLive's liability to you is limited to the amount of funds held in your BpexLive account at the time a claim arises. BpexLive is not liable for:

• Lost profits, indirect losses or consequential damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures or third-party service interruptions beyond BpexLive's control.
• Errors in odds or game outcomes caused by third-party data providers.
• Any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits BpexLive's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

BpexLive is committed to promoting responsible gaming for all Pakistani players on the platform. We believe that betting and gaming should be entertaining experiences — not a source of financial difficulty or emotional distress.

BpexLive provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which can be activated directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your BpexLive account. Limits take effect immediately when lowered and cannot be increased until a cooling-off period has passed.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. BpexLive will notify you when your limit is approaching and log you out automatically when it is reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a break from BpexLive for a defined period — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets but can still withdraw available funds.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from BpexLive. This is a serious step and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. Contact support@bpexlive.app to initiate self-exclusion.

BpexLive may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

For material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations as a BpexLive player — we will notify you by email or through a notification within the BpexLive platform at least seven days before the changes take effect. Non-material updates (for example, corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not change the substance of any term) may take effect immediately.

If you disagree with any updated Terms, you should close your BpexLive account and withdraw any available balance before the changes take effect. Continued use of BpexLive after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and BpexLive relating to your use of the platform and supersede any prior representations, warranties or agreements — whether oral or written.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

BpexLive's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms on any occasion does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
